Back Home Again: Recent Work by Former Art Faculty

Back Home Again:  Recent Works by Former Art Faculty, a Ã山ǿ¼é 50^th anniversary event, is on display June 1 – August 31, 2015 at the McCutchan Art Center/Pace Galleries. It features the artwork of 24 past art department faculty members and encompasses a wide variety of media, including ceramics, painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, woodworking, batik and jewelry.

The work of the following artist/teachers appears in the exhibit: Jason Galligan-Baldwin, Eric Braysmith,
 Mark Brendel,
 Jack Cascione, Anne Dowhie, Lenny Dowhie, Joe D'Uva,
 Dan Engelke, Alison Erazmus, Chet Geiselman, Monte Helm, Stephen Herron, William Kirtley, William Leth, Melody Lewis-Kane, John McNaughton, James Parrent, Anita Powell,
 Carolyn Roth,
 Karen Stansberry, Curtis Uebelhor, Christopher Walker, Connie Weinzapfel and Summer Zickenfoose. All of these previous Ã山ǿ¼é (and formerly Indiana State University-Evansville) art department educators have contributed greatly to the success of our over 1,100 art graduates and the many thousands of students who took art courses from them at Ã山ǿ¼é.

The summer exhibit will culminate in a closing celebration for the artists from 7 to 8:30 p.m., Thursday, August 27 in the gallery. The public is cordially invited to attend this event and to view the exhibit throughout the summer months. Summer hours are 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday though Friday, and 1-5 p.m. Sunday.
