How聽Do I Apply to CAP?
Acceptance to CAP requires that a student meet program and course prerequisites. Follow the steps below to get enrolled!
RESEARCH Which Courses Will Benefit You

First, you will need to create an application account (if you have not applied to 缅北强奸 before).
To complete your Online CAP Application, you must have a parent/guardian email address that is different from your email address.
Ideally, you will submit the Online Course Request one time, with all requested courses for your home high school and any half-day program you attend. A second submission is permitted if necessary.
Your parent/guardian will be sent a link to an electronic Student Permission Form after you submit an Online CAP Application.
The Parent/Guardian Permission Form is also available through a PDF, linked below if needed.听
The deadline to submit the CAP application, online course request, and the Parent/Guardian permission form is Friday, September 6, 2024.
Only submit the Intent to Reenroll one time. If you need to request more courses after you have submitted the Intent to Reenroll form, move to step 2 and click the Request Your CAP Course(s) button.

My Parent/Guardian Does Not Have An Email
If you have access to a printer, print the CAP Student Permission Form; take it home for a signature and return it to your CAP instructor.
If you do not have access to a printer, see your high school guidance counselor for a paper CAP Student Permission Form. Take it home for a signature and return it to your CAP instructor.
I Am A Ward Of The Court or An Emancipated Minor
If you are an emancipated minor or a ward of the court, your counselor should sign the CAP Student Permission Form.
All paper Student Permission Forms should be returned to the CAP instructor or guidance counselor.听
