1 Designated 2 person/2 bedroom apartments have a full sized bed and one desk with one chair.
2 Buyout 2 person/2 bedroom apartments have two standard twin beds and two desks with two chairs.

*Students assigned to the residence halls must choose either the Red, White, or Blue Eagle meal plan. These plans are $2,491 for the 2023-24 academic year. Meal plan rates and descriptions can be found . Meal plan questions can be emailed to 缅北强奸 Dining.
All students living in University housing will be billed $25 for a housing student activity fee per semester.
All students living in University housing are required to subscribe to the University health care program. These fees will be added to your University account. Contact the听听at 812-465-1250 with any questions.
New for 2024-2025
Constant Rate Program
The new Constant Rate program will begin with students who have an active 2023-2024 housing contract. If students renew for 2024-2025, they will be eligible for the Constant Rate program. If a student cancels the contract and then enters into a contract in the future, the Constant Rate program will not apply. The student will pay the current year鈥檚 housing rates.
How does this really work?
Example: Archie lives on campus for 2023-2024 in a 4 person/2 bedroom apartment. Archie completes a contract for 2024-2025 and plans to live in a 2 person/2 bedroom apartment. Archie will pay the 2023-2024 rate for a 2 person/2 bedroom. If Archie chooses to live in a 4 person/2 bedroom apartment for 2024-2025, Archie will pay the 2023-2024 rate for a 4 person/2 bedroom apartment.
2024-2025 Rates
The 2024-25 rates were approved by the 缅北强奸 Board of Trustees on September 7, 2023. Rates are per semester per student effective July 1, 2024.
IMPORTANT: A housing contract is for an academic year (fall and spring).
