1. Press the聽Settings聽button.
2. Use the聽Scroll聽keys to highlight聽Ring Type聽in the聽Settings聽menu.
3. Press the聽Select聽soft key to display a list of Ring Types.
4. Press the聽Scroll聽keys to highlight one of the available Ring Types.
5. Press the聽Play聽soft key to hear a Ring Type.
6. Press聽Select聽and then press OK soft key to choose the Ring Type.
7. Press the聽Save聽soft key to save your selection and exit to return to the main menu.

1. While the phone is not on a call, press the UP or DOWN VOLUME keys to hear a sample ring.
2. As the ring plays, press the UP or DOWN VOLUME keys to adjust volume to the desired level.
3. To save the ring volume setting, press the SETTINGS button and then press the SAVE soft key.

2. Dial the number to which you want to forward all calls. (remember to include the 8 or 8+1 if forwarding to an external number)
3. To cancel forwarding of all calls, press the聽CFwdAll (or Cancel Forward) soft key.

You can park an active call and then retrieve it using another phone.

1. During an active call, Press the聽More聽soft key until you see the聽Park聽tab
2. Press the聽Park聽soft key to park the call.
3. Make a note of the call聽Park number, Hang up
4. To retrieve the parked call, go to any Cisco phone in our system and dial the聽Park Number

2. Dial the number you are transferring the call to
3. When you hear ringing press聽Trnsfer聽again, or when the party answers, announce the call and press聽
   Trnsfer
4. Hang up to end your participation in the call

1. During a call press the聽hold聽soft key.
2. To return to a call press the聽Resume聽soft key.

You can answer a call TO your extension from any other extension within your call group.

1. As a phone rings at an extension within your call group, Press a聽Line聽button.
2. Press the聽More聽soft key to view the聽Pickup聽softkeys.
3. Press the聽Pickup聽soft key to transfer the call to your extension
4. Answer the incoming call that is redirected to your phone.

1. Press the聽Directories聽button
2. Use the聽Scroll聽key to select the desired option (Missed, placed, received calls)
3. Press the聽Select聽key to display the desired history.
4. To speed dial a number, press the聽Dial聽soft key.

2. Press the聽Redial聽softkey

1. During a call, press the聽more聽soft key and then the聽CONFRN聽soft key. This opens a new line while placing the other party(ie) on hold.
2. Place a call to another party.
3. When the call connects, press聽CONFRN聽again to add this party to the call.
4. Repeat the first three steps to add another caller.
5. Note:
   • Once the conference call initiator disconnects, no new conferees can be added.
   • Keep in mind that when you place a call on hold a beeping tone is generated every few seconds. To avoid disrupting the other callers, consider muting the call instead.
   • To abandon the addition of a conferee, press the聽LINE聽button.

• CFWD All聽- Use this procedure to forward all incoming calls to another number
  • Press CFWDALL soft key, you will hear two beeps
  • Enter the extension number to forward to
  • A flashing right arrow will appear in the upper right corner of the LCD - indicating that all calls are being forwarded

• End Call聽- allows you to end a call
• G Pick up聽- Group pick up, allows calls to be answered within your group
• Hold聽- Allows you to place a call on hold
• New Call聽- Allows you to place a new call
• Park聽- Enables calls to be "parked" or placed on hold so that other may pick up the call by dialing the park code displayed on the phone of the person who parked the call
• Pick Up聽- Allow caller to pick-up/answer calls that are ringing.
• Redial聽- Redials last number dialed on that phone set
• Resume聽- Allows you to resume back to a held call
• Transf聽- Transfers calls to extensions or voice mail
