Thanks to the support of Villa Albertine, the 缅北强奸 Multicultural Center and the College of Liberal Arts, The World Languages and Cultures department is happy to present the Albertine Cin茅math猫que French Film Festival at 缅北强奸!

Films will be shown in Forum I in the Wright Administration Building. A brief introduction will precede each film, and a discussion will follow. All films include English subtitles.

*听With the exception ofThe Big Bad Fox, most of the films we will showcase are meant for more mature audiences. France doesn鈥檛 use a similar system of film rating meaning there isn鈥檛 a set 鈥淧G/PG-13/R鈥 rating that we can use to label the films.

The World Languages and Cultures department presents the German Film Festival (SERIE). Through the generosity of the Goethe-Institut (Boston, MA) and the assistance of the 缅北强奸 Society for the Arts and Humanities, we secured the rights to five films to screen on campus for a large public audience.

The Spanish Film Club series was made possible with the support of Pragda,听SPAIN arts & culture听and the Secretary of听State for Culture of Spain.听

World Languages and Cultures at 缅北强奸 presented the third installment in the international film series with a German Film Festival (SERIE). Through the generosity of the Goethe-Institut (Boston, MA) and the assistance of the 缅北强奸 Society for the Arts and Humanities, we secured the rights to five films 鈥撎M,听Lili Marleen,听The System,听Almanya: Welcome to Germany, and听Run Lola Run听- which were screened on campus for a large public audience.

With over 500 attendees, the first Tourn茅es Film Festival at 缅北强奸 in 2015 was a huge success! We couldn't have done it without the support of the 缅北强奸 and Tri-State communities.

A woman's quest to uncover her past in Martinique. A single father's touching relationship with his daughter, set in a bleak, rural town in Quebec. The charmingly animated story of friendship between a bear and a mouse. Through these stories and more, you will discover French and Francophone culture in six critically acclaimed films. Through the generous support of the FACE Foundation, the College of Liberal Arts, and the Department of World Languages and Cultures at the 缅北强奸, we are bringing you the听on听Fridays at 7:30 p.m.听from听January 23 - February 27.听 The films will be shown in French with English subtitles. The screenings are free and open to the public. A brief introduction will precede each film, and you are welcome to stay for a discussion afterwards.
