The University offers two convenient methods for making non-travel business purchases: the eProcurement system Buy缅北强奸 and the Purchasing Card (PCard).

- The payment is $5,000 or more
- The item is from a聽Catalog Vendor聽(e.g., Amazon)
- It is for Chartered Buses, Constructions, Contracts/Agreements, Food Catering via Sodex (Non-Travel), Furniture Items, IT Equipment/Supplies/Software, Medical Equipment/Supplies, Office Supplies, Printing Supplies, or Scientific Equipment/Supplies
Use a聽PCard听飞丑别苍听ALL聽of the following apply to a purchase:
- The payment is less than $5,000
- The vendor is NOT a聽Catalog Vendor聽(e.g., Amazon)
- It is NOT for Chartered Buses, Constructions, Contracts/Agreements, Food Catering via Sodex (Non-Travel), Furniture Items, IT Equipment/Supplies/Software, Medical Equipment/Supplies, Office Supplies, Printing Supplies, or Scientific Equipment/Supplies
- It is NOT a Travel item (e.g., airfare, lodging, registration fee, etc.)
