The Office of Sponsored Projects and Research Administration (OSPRA) has updated its name to better reflect its functions and is the Office of Sponsored Projects & Research (OSPR).
Please note that OSPR's website URL has been updated as well, www.usi.edu/sponsored-projects.
OSPR is dedicated to promoting a supportive environment for research, scholarly, and creative endeavors of faculty and academic staff at 缅北强奸. OSPR supports faculty and staff in their efforts to seek and secure extramural funding through research development and research administration. OSPR also monitors compliance of Federal, State, and University-related regulations, administers the review of human subjects research (IRB), provides grantsmanship, compliance, and responsible conduct of research training, and assists in non-financial post-award administration. We're here to help!

Virtual IRB Office Hours for Fall 2024聽
To increase the opportunity to ask questions of 缅北强奸's IRB, board members and OSPR staff will hold virtual office hours during the 2024 Fall Semester where students, faculty, staff, and IRB members can join, ask questions and recieve feedback on their applications.
Dates and links for virtual office hours are:
- 10:30-11:30a.m. Thursday, September 5 ()
- 3-4p.m. Tuesday, October 22 ()
- 11a.m-Noon Wednesday, November 20 ()

During 2023-2024, our IRB members conducted 137 exempt reviews, 67 expedited reviews, and 19 limited reviews for a total of 204 completed reviews.聽
Internal Grants/Awards
Faculty are invited to submit proposals to request funding for research and creative activity projects through university grants/awards. Please view the guidelines for the 2024-2025 Internal Grants/Awards. Proposals for the university grants/awards are due by November 4, 2024, and Intent to Submit forms are due by October 28.
