The Ã山ǿ¼é, in collaboration with the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) offers NIMS Machining Level I Certification Training. NIMS is the nation’s only distinction for excellence in metalworking training as based on NIMS industry-written, industry approved skills standards. Accredited programs demonstrate the ability to produce skilled, work-ready individuals that fulfill industry’s 21^st century workforce needs.

Credentialed faculty in the Ã山ǿ¼é Applied Engineering Center teach all classes. ÌýHands-on training and online simulations combine to assure participants the opportunity to earn up to 11 different industry-recognized credentials.
